As
HR Intern this position not only allows you to contribute meaningfully to our dynamic HR team but also equips you with invaluable skills and insights into the intricacies of human resources management within a leading global brand.
Main Responsibilities:
In your role as Ferrero's HR Intern, you will engage closely with several teams within the HR function, playing a crucial role in providing support across diverse areas including HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Internal Communcations, the HR Shared Service Centre, and Recruitment. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations related to Ferrero's employee lifecycle and main HR processes, such as Onboarding, Performance Evaluations, and Individual Development Plans.
You will also take part in special projects and initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing the Ferrero work environment and opportunities within the HR sector. Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners, you will contribute to streamlining the recruitment process to ensure it upholds high standards of quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to attend company-wide business updates and presentations when appropriate. A customer-focused approach will be key, as you will assist the HR team in addressing employees' queries regarding HR issues. Additionally, you will help ensure the accuracy of HR data within various systems, such as Organisational Charts, Data and MyProfile, wherever possible.
Who we are looking for:
In your role as HR intern you will require keen sense of curiosity, the ability to think critically, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities, all grounded in a data-driven and analytical mindset. You’ll need to be well-organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
We’re keen to welcome aboard recent graduates, those currently taking a gap year, and final-year students who are pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or similar fields.
You should be an excellent communicator, adaptable in your approach to interacting with a diverse range of individuals. A positive outlook, proactive nature, high motivation, and a genuine enthusiasm for Ferrero are also crucial to your success in this role.
