JOB OPPORTUNITY: LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & TALENT OFFICER
Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).
Join our global team as a Leadership Development & Talent Management Officer, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the leaders of tomorrow. You’ll provide essential coordination and operational support across our leadership development and talent management programmes, contributing to their design, delivery, and success.
In this role, you’ll facilitate engaging training sessions, both face-to-face and virtually, lead group discussions, and offer constructive feedback to help our delegates grow. You’ll coordinate leadership development centers, ensuring seamless scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up feedback sessions. Your input will also help ensure our programs are inclusive, leveraging diversity data and the latest trends to enhance our approach.
With strong project management skills, you’ll organize global events, track project milestones, and support workshops and residential programs, all while maintaining timelines and budgets. You’ll also liaise with external partners and manage important communications for our stakeholders. By tracking leadership data and interpreting results, you’ll help measure program success and support global talent initiatives.
