We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Partner Growth Administrator. This dual-focused role will involve providing exceptional support to our partners and ensuring technical tasks are handled efficiently. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and the successful resolution of inquiries and issues.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, as well as some negotiation skills - you will be negotiating terms with partners via email communication
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proactive, self-starter approach
Experience Desired:
- Experience in building client/business relations with a wide range of partners
- Some technical experience and understanding of technical terminology, as you will be supporting the tech team in findings solutions to partner queries
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and accurately in writing
- Target driven individual as you will be contributing to commercial and project-specific goals, in line with the team strategy
- As a fast-paced work environment, the product and tools can change and improve all the time - we are looking for someone who is adaptable and understands we are working towards a collective goal
- Having familiarity with product feeds is a bonus
- Have a willingness to learn new systems and technologies as required
- An understanding of affiliate marketing is a plus but not essential
- A love (or at least high regard) for fashion
