We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to help expand our network of collaborators and drive strategic partnerships across these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development:
• Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners aligned with RKY Group’s mission and initiatives.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with organizations, businesses, and thought leaders committed to diversity, inclusion, and empowerment.
2. Strategic Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand program goals and align partnerships accordingly.
• Drive cross-initiative collaborations to create synergy among RKY Group entities.
3. Outreach and Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Actively seek new opportunities for collaboration and sponsorship.
4. Partnership Management:
• Negotiate agreements, define objectives, and ensure the success of partnerships.
• Provide regular updates and impact reports to stakeholders.
5. Brand Advocacy:
• Represent RKY Group at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote the organization’s vision.
• Be an ambassador for RKY Group’s commitment to empowering immigrants and underrepresented communities.
Qualifications
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities and align them with organizational objectives.
• Networking Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. ability to design proposals and pitch decks
• Passion for Diversity: Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community empowerment.
• Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving partnership or business development goals.
