Our client is looking for a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, supporting employee network groups, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace culture.
Please note this role is initially to be a 3 month contract, with a possibility of extension.
💥 Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of department to implement and oversee strategies.
- Support Employee Network Groups, ensuring effective engagement and delivery of initiatives.
- Manage projects and events, monitoring impact and alignment with business goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and internal teams to promote best practices across the organisation.
- Lead planning and execution of key events on the Inclusivity Calendar.
- Ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and internal policies.
