Inclusion & Diversity Strategy Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover)
London | Hybrid (2 days per week onsite/ 3 days WFH)
Temporary PAYE £49 - £59 per hour
Start beginning April
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Inclusion & Diversity Strategy Manager for a 12-month maternity cover role, based in London to join this high profile global media business.
This role will be embedded within the UK HR team, working closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to drive strategic, data-informed inclusion initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging demographic data to shape and track inclusion strategies, ensuring measurable impact while aligning with business priorities.
This role involves close collaboration with HR teams, business leaders, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to embed inclusion within leadership programmes and broader organisational practices.
The focus will be on creating scalable solutions, developing playbooks, and ensuring that best practices align with both global and local needs. Additionally, the role includes delivering targeted inclusion training and upskilling HR teams, with a particular emphasis on accessibility, neurodiversity, race, and ethnicity.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in driving inclusion strategies, particularly in high-performance, matrixed organisations as part of broader HR department (not from Consultancy background). The ideal individual will be highly data-literate, capable of interpreting large datasets to inform decision-making, and familiar with systems such as Workday and global dashboards. Strong facilitation skills, the ability to influence senior leadership, and experience designing and delivering impactful inclusion workshops are essential. Some European travel will be required as part of the role’s broader EMEA remit.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-growing and dynamic organisation. If you are passionate about embedding inclusion into business strategy and have a track record of driving measurable change, we’d love to hear from you.
