FAIRER Consulting are looking to increase our consulting team due to the growing demand for our services.
The role: what exactly will you be doing?
You will work closely with senior members in the team delivering and executing on bespoke client projects. Our clients range from large and complex blue-chip international businesses or major government departments to smaller domestic based business across a wide range of sectors. No two organisations are the same, and their requirements may typically vary from training and upskilling leaders to strategic and cultural assessments.
Although there is an outline for the role, you can make it your own as we love to encourage freedom of thought and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
● Meet with clients and nurture ongoing relationships;
● Project manage client programs;
● Gather, analyse, and report data;
● Design and deliver excellent client services, including training and consulting projects;
● Contribute to new product ideas, business innovation, and direction;
● Help build the FAIRER consultancy brand to position itself as a market leader;
● Attend industry events and contribute marketing materials, such as blogs and research reports.
The perfect candidate: what experience, skills, and mindset will you bring?
● Experience designing and delivering high quality training programmes and workshops in DE&I, HR or L&D to a range of audiences;
● Experience undertaking strategy and cultural assessments, delivering consulting services;
● Experience conducting qualitative research – focus groups, interviews, etc;
● Experience using data, analytics, and systems such as Excel;
● Experience working in a commercial environment.

● Excellent people skills, with the ability to network, form strategic business relationships and develop them;
● Attention to detail and project management skills;
● Commercial mentality;
● Intellectual curiosity.
