Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
We’re growing our Project Portfolio Management team to drive strategic transformation and individual projects for Beauty Pie, creating exceptional value by fostering innovation, optimising processes at the functional, business unit, and corporate level, aligning cross-functional efforts with our company's vision.
We need a talented, self starting Senior Programme Manager. You will be driving change and managing projects of varying sizes and complexity across all parts of Beauty Pie, whilst also, as a member of the PPM team, helping us continually evolve our processes and ways of thinking.
So, what will you be doing?
- Working with the Head of PPM and ESG to advise on and deliver the TMO agenda
- Lead/manage delivery of large scale, complex business transformation projects
- Work with individuals and leaders across the business, including marketing, growth, operations, NPD, product engineering, and project portfolio management.
- Augment, optimise, and and help design central transformation office processes and systems to shape, measure, deliver, and report on the effectiveness of organisational change
- Be responsible for managing and executing key programmes in the project roadmap
- Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations across functional and seniority levels
- Manage and escalate risks to leadership teams
- Build, develop and support future project teams

- Proven success:
- Program Management: First-hand experience of complex and largely unshaped program delivery and a proven track record of delivering great program outcomes.
- Transformation Management: capability and capacity planning, business unit governance, leadership and ownership, strategy deployment and adoption
- Process oriented: You should have a great organisational mind with enough attention to detail, whilst keeping the eye on the big picture and interrelated initiatives. Experience in Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile project management is desirable.
- A collaborative leader: This role brings responsibility without direct authority. We’re looking for a natural leader who can earn the trust of others and enable change with a collaborative style and great communication skills
- Curiosity & drive: You should relish challenges and have a strong natural instinct to drive things to completion. We’re looking for the ability and curiosity to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Experience with Start-Up/Scale-Ups: The environment is ready for huge growth in maturity and you should be ready to start with very little and build the project portfolio with agility whilst aiding in shaping the strategy.
- E-Commerce experience is desirable
- Experience with Project Tracking tools such as monday.com/Asana/Jira
