What You’ll Do
We are seeking a visionary leader to advance our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy across all Vodafone Group entities, ensuring alignment with our core business objectives and global D&I initiatives.
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of diversity and inclusion plans across Vodafone Group entities
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide D&I thought leadership and support, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, included, and able to be their authentic selves
- Work across the organization to embed inclusion, equity, and belonging into the employee experience at Vodafone Group, while attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent that reflects the communities and customers we serve
- Partner with Group Employee Networks to evolve D&I initiatives based on their insights and feedback
- Identify and design best practices, tools, policies, and strategies for Vodafone to implement, promoting an inclusive workplace for all
Who You Are
- Demonstrates expertise in shaping and leading an organization’s D&I strategy, implementing initiatives, and measuring impact and outcomes
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, functions, and geographies to deliver impactful D&I programs
- Skilled in translating data, insights, and research into actionable strategies and improvement opportunities
- Experience in developing and delivering inclusive DEI programs, including training sessions, workshops, and policy development
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and a proven track record in stakeholder management

- Discretionary yearly bonus: 10%

- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of whichthe first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
