We are currently looking for an Inclusion and Wellbeing Issue Director to lead on our strategy and value proposition which will include campaigning initiatives and thought leadership to challenge our members to make progress on gender equality, as well as other aspects of workplace inclusion.
This role will be the main point of contact for the BITC Gender Equality Leadership team and the main point of contact for the BITC Wellbeing Leadership Team as well as leading on the strategy and delivery of relevant awards and recognition, such as the flagship BITC Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality.
The successful candidate will have experience of strategy development, building and maintaining effective relationships with senior stakeholders, achieving results through partnership strategies and experience of raising significant income from both the private and public sector.
They will also demonstrate leadership and judgement to inspire, manage and develop individuals as well as effective communication and ambassadorial skills.
