An exciting opportunity has become available in the Blood, Cells and Cancer Division at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust (GOSH), and we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, skilled and motivated individual to join our team.
This full-time post involves working as an Admissions Coordinator for Immunology providing professional and positive administration support to the department.
We are looking for someone who is helpful and enthusiastic, able to work flexibly, and who appreciates the importance of quality administration in the delivery of healthcare. The successful candidate should pride themselves on attention to detail and distinguish themselves by their commitment to completing tasks to the best possible standard. They must be able to learn new tasks quickly, and as part of a team, contribute to refining processes to improve services.

The post holder will provide a high standard of coordination of admissions for Immunology and provide professional and positive administration support to the department. The role involves excellent organisational and inter-personal skills, reliable and consistent service, robust team working and provision of cover.
This post is part of the team of administrative and clerical staff within the Immunology and several of the specialties within the Blood, Cells and Cancer Division. They may also be asked to cover for other team members, when necessary, within BMT, Immunology and Fox & Robin wards. The post holder will therefore be expected to undertake other duties, as appropriate to the grade and scope of this post
