UCL Careers provides a 'core' central service accessible to all students as well as varying degrees of more 'local' provision within schools, faculties and individual departments.
In this job you'll work as part of the School for the Creative and Cultural Industries (SCCI) at UCL East, our new campus in Stratford. SCCI is a collaboration between the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, the Faculty of Social and Historical Sciences, and the Institute of Education.
About the role
As Careers Education Manager (SCCI), you'll contribute to the vision and mission of both SCCI and UCL Careers by:
- Supporting the delivery of credit-bearing employability modules as a careers expert, including providing employability-related teaching sessions, partner outreach and liaison.
- Carrying out one-to-one career advice appointments for SCCI students.
- Planning and delivering extracurricular career activities for students across SCCI.
- Line-managing the Employer Engagement & Work-Related Learning Officer for SCCI.

About you
To do this job you'll need a strong understanding of the creative and cultural industries, and experience in supporting credit-bearing employability modules and advising students in both one-to-one and group environments.
