Reporting to the Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager, you will support the development and implementation of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion(EDI) initiatives, alongside wellbeing programs across HRUC, which will foster an inclusive culture and promote staff wellbeing through targeted initiatives, events, and communications.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in the development and implementation of the College's EDI and wellbeing strategies
- Assisting in the organisation of EDI and wellbeing events, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Providing administrative support for EDI and wellbeing projects
- Support the collection and analysis of data related to EDI and wellbeing, including staff feedback, participation rates, and event outcomes, and providing reports for internal stakeholders
We are seeking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate the following:
- Professional qualification in EDI, wellbeing, or occupational health (e.g., CIPD Level 3 or equivalent) or willing to work towards relevant qualifications in this area
- Experience working in an administrative or support role, ideally within Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), wellbeing or HR functions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and experience using databases or HR systems
