As Strategic Partnerships Lead at Ledgy, your mission will be to build and enhance relationships with key tax, advisory, and equity incentive partners in order to build strategic alliances and support Ledgy's goal to be the most flexible end-to-end equity management solution for private, pre-IPO, and public companies.
This is a high impact role with the opportunity to collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing in a fast growing company.
At Ledgy, you will...
- Partner closely with our Public Markets Lead, Head of Sales and CEO to design and execute Ledgy's partnership strategy with advisory firms
- Uncover and nurture high-value partnerships across Europe and lead cross-departmental projects to pitch, develop, and manage critical strategic partnerships with key partners and companies within the equity incentive ecosystem
- Build deep and mutually beneficial relationships with key players working in the advisory and equity incentive space to build a scalable channel for a new segment
- Analyse partnership effectiveness and continually optimize growth
- Analyse and leverage internal and external data, as well as market and competitive trends, to guide strategic decisions around our product offerings and go-to-market approach
- Work closely with marketing and sales to identify new partnership opportunities and share insights and knowledge on requirements of scaling up a proven partnership vertical.

- Have a deep network of key stakeholders within the tax advisory and equity ecosystem
- Are commercially minded and have the ability to build powerful, long-term relationships
- Have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy analytical tasks and feel at ease discussing a complex financial product
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional language is a plus)
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally in a hybrid environment
- Are proactive, curious, solution-oriented, and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
