We are looking to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis to start in April 2025.
As part of our dedicated employee relations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting managers across the Trust with day to day employee relations matters such as absence management, discipline, grievances and capability; offering sound, consistent advice based on current policies, legislation and best practice.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent support and advice in line with our policies and procedures, Trust values and best practice.
