Freelance Inclusion Manager
Location: Nationwide, with travel to other BPP centres as required.
Day rate: £250 - £300 DOE

As an Inclusion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing, and championing strategies that promote inclusion, equality, and diversity across the organisation. Working in collaboration with academic leaders, senior managers, employers, and learners, you will deliver an ambitious and learner-focused inclusion strategy. This role will involve promoting a culture of belonging, advancing inclusion initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, relevant legislation, and sector best practices.

What you’ll be doing
You will also work across multiple domains to further embed the principles of inclusion and diversity into organisational policies, practices, and action plans. The role includes initiating and leading inclusive programs, driving cultural change, and fostering a sense of belonging for all stakeholders.
Key internal stakeholders include Deans/Heads of Schools, Admissions, Alumni, Learning and Teaching, Group Human Resources, Marketing, Learning Support, Customer Experience, BPP Students’ Association, and University Central Administration (UCA). Key external stakeholders include employers, professional bodies, and statutory organisations.

What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Proven expertise in driving inclusion, diversity, and equality initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Equality Act (2010).
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all stakeholders
