Recruiting Coordinator to help keep our hiring process running smoothly and support our mission to bring world-class talent to the best place to work and play.
In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the Talent Acquisition team—coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience. If you're passionate about people, detail-driven, and excited to be part of an iconic brand, we want to hear from you!
Please note: This is a
6m contract position to start. While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-office presence may be required to support on-site interviews.
What you'll be doing:
- Schedule phone screens, onsite/Teams interviews, and candidate travel; greet candidates and lead all aspects of the on-site interview process
- Participate in job kick-off meetings to provide expert guidance on scheduling and candidate experience
- Schedule debrief meetings and ensure that scorecards are completed and attached for the hiring team to review
- Partner with recruiters to build a professional and fun recruiting experience for each candidate we connect with
- Update and supervise Greenhouse, our applicant tracking database, to ensure candidate progression is being supervised accurately and to maintain data integrity.
- Post & handle open positions to specialised websites when needed
- Process candidate travel reimbursements
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
- Must be able to answer general recruiting questions for candidates and new hires
What we're looking for:
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail - collaborative nature
- Prior experience with Snr/Exec level coordination is preferred
- Excellent customer service ethos
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
- 1-3 years in a Staffing / HR Coordinator, or related role preferred
NB This is a 6 month contract position via a day rate
