A market leading, multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund are looking to hire a London based HR business partner.
The hire will work in a HR generalist role, with a broad remit – this includes recruitment (managing external providers), HR reporting, Performance Management, new hire onboarding, compensation and benefits etc. The hire will regularly work on major projects - current examples are related to the expansion of overseas offices / the opening of new offices, rebranding, developing a stronger diversity policy/programme, newly developed intern & graduate programmes etc.
This is a high-profile role, with close working relationships with the senior management / managing partners from day one. The hire will have the opportunity to sit in the monthly executive committee meeting, having a genuine input on business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10yrs experience, within HR at a hedge fund, IB or brokerage firm. A CIPD qualification is preferred, but not a necessity. It is essential for candidates to have strong Workday skills. A top tier academic profile is required.
The role will is projected to pay a year one £150-200k total comp. In addition, the firm offer an exceptional benefits package.
