- Salary: £50K - £55K p.a.
- Base: Hybrid (1 day per week in our London office so we are looking for our new colleague to be based around the London area. )
- Working pattern: This is a Full-Time role, (however part-time, compressed fortnight and job share - all options considered.)

Job Purpose
Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant - Job Description
Reporting to our Head of Consultancy, the purpose of this role is to contribute to the goals of Inclusive Employers by delivering high quality inclusion and diversity membership services, training and consultancy to both member and non-member organisations.
Key Responsibilities
The following are the key elements of the role:
- Member support - responsible for a portfolio of cross-sector member organizations, providing ongoing account management support across the breadth of their inclusion activities. This could be by responding to specific queries, providing advice, policy review, researching best practices etc
- Build Relationships - developing and nurturing close relationships with members and clients based on a clear understanding of their business or service issues
- Develop and deliver learning interventions - writing and delivering a wide range of training, learning and development interventions with an engaging, informative, and convincing style that creates lasting change, to a wide range of audiences. Face to face and virtually
- Consultancy solutions - delivering comprehensive, specialist and practical inclusion and diversity expertise and solutions to employers across sectors on issues ranging from strategic to tactical and operational. For example, delivering a recruitment audit, culture review or an equality impact assessment for a particular policy
- Innovate - working as part of a small and dynamic team to contribute thought leadership and innovative ideas and thinking to help deepen our collective knowledge and understanding of inclusive best practices and identify new and innovative solutions to inclusion problems
- Generate growth - identify new opportunities for us to grow our membership, business networks, products and services to enhance our offering to clients and widen our membership

Requirements
Person specification
We are looking for a motivated and energised individual who can add value to our amazing Consultancy team. This is a team with a proven track record of designing and delivering inclusion interventions that contribute to positive cultural development for the clients and members we work with.

This is the minimum criteria for the role:-
- Responsibility and accountability for Inclusion within a commercial organisation
- Influencing senior (C suite) decision makers
- Translating strategic inclusion priorities into organisation wide objectives
- Implementation of a DEI strategy including leading activities such as audits, ERG activity, listening groups, pay gap analysis, policy reviews or employee engagement
- Managing multiple projects, with an ability to prioritise work
- Designing and delivering creative inclusion interventions such as training sessions.
- Facilitating meaningful discussions around challenging subjects
General skills :-
