We are looking for a professional individual to join our Access and Participation Team, as our Success and Transition Coordinator. The Success and Transition Coordinator will support students across AD Education UK to succeed across their student journey from their transition into higher education to their studies and success.
This role contributes to achieving commitments in our Access and Participation Plan including increasing continuation, completion and awarding rates. The role holder will be responsible for collaborating across AD Education UK to deliver projects and initiatives that support these objectives. This includes but is not limited to Mentoring, cost of living projects, transition activities, peer support, student voice and financial support. The role will take responsibility for the monitoring and evaluation of key projects being delivered across AD Education UK. Working closely with colleagues across ADE UK will be a crucial component to this role.
The post is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to ICMP's Access and Participation work by supporting work that supports the transition and success of students from underrepresented groups across AD Education UK. The post can be based in either London or Liverpool.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of delivering projects and carrying out monitoring and evaluation, be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders and use their creativity to design, deliver and evaluate projects that will benefit and support students from under-represented groups. Knowledge of Access and Participation and Higher Education will be an advantage.
