Job Title: Culture Transformation Manager
Location: Central London with flexible hybrid working (2 days in the office)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Contract Type: 12-month FTC or permanent position (flexible)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Culture Transformation Manager to join the London office. Reporting to the DEI Lead, this role will focus on driving internal change across the firm's UK offices, supporting the ongoing transformation process. The ideal candidate will balance empathy with a results-driven approach, guiding teams through cultural shifts and helping them adapt to new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration in line with the firm’s values and long-term vision.
- Lead and manage change initiatives across the UK offices, focusing on fostering engagement and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the transformation process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, concerns, and resistance, providing tailored solutions to encourage adoption of new practices.
- Deliver clear and effective communication to internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
- Develop and present transformation plans and progress reports to senior leadership and internal teams, using data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Support and coach internal teams, including Partners and senior stakeholders, in embracing new working methods and cultural shifts.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading culture transformation initiatives within professional services, ideally in a law firm or similar corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Empathetic approach with a firm understanding of how to drive change while maintaining positive relationships.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
